Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Dispact. These Terms govern your access to and use of our dispatch, incident management, and moderation platform for command rooms, emergency response teams, and operational control centres.

1. About Dispact

Dispact is a platform built to support operational teams, control rooms, and emergency response units with realtime dispatch coordination, incident monitoring, and moderation workflows.

2. Operator and Legal Status

Dispact is operated by Dispact Ltd. In these Terms, references to “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Dispact. Dispact provides the Service and is responsible for operating and maintaining the platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Dispact, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dispact. If you are 13–18 years old, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions of minors using the Service.

5. User Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

You may only use Dispact for lawful activities consistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Posting, uploading, or sharing illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Using unauthorised bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Accessing data or accounts without permission.
  • Interfering with the operation or availability of the Service.
  • Attempting to bypass security, authentication, or rate limits.

8. User Content and Ownership

You own the content you upload to Dispact. By submitting content, you grant Dispact a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content as needed to provide the Service.

9. Directory Listings and Verification

If you submit a team or incident listing, you represent that it is accurate and lawful. Dispact may approve, reject, or remove listings at its discretion. Verification badges do not create additional obligations beyond these Terms.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Dispact may integrate with third-party platforms for authentication, data feeds, or analytics. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by third parties unless explicitly stated, and we are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

11. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Dispact may offer paid plans and premium features. By subscribing, you authorise recurring or one-time charges. Paid services may be subject to automatic renewal and are governed by our refund policy.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using Dispact, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Dispact and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding, logos, or copyrighted materials without our permission.

14. Disclaimer and Warranty

Dispact is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations. All warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispact is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Dispact harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

17. Force Majeure

Dispact is not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet outages, attacks, or third-party service failures.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Dispact operates. If a dispute arises, contact us first to attempt an informal resolution.

19. Changes to Terms
